In 2001, we started Chabad at Chestnut Hill as a young couple with a newborn, dreaming of a warm and inclusive space for Jewish connection. We were met with an outpouring of support, and together, a diverse community of 300 families has blossomed. We transcend differences in observance, character, and beliefs, united by a shared love for our heritage. From day camps and Shabbat dinners to women's programs, bar mitzvahs, and holiday celebrations, Chabad at Chestnut Hill has become a home for Jewish exploration, connection, and pride. At a time when Jews are beset by challenges from every corner, Chabad provides an unflinching voice of support for Israel and the Jewish people.
This magnificent hub will be a welcoming space for people of all ages to explore Judaism at their own pace in a comfortable and joyful environment. We invite you to partner with us in creating this lasting legacy. Together, we'll build a permanent home based on unconditional love and innovative Jewish experiences. A place we can all be proud to call our Jewish home base, for generations to come.
Chabad participants can navigate a diverse selection of resources and experiences, enabling them to create their own authentic and fulfilling Jewish journey of discovery. From CEOs in a weekly Zoom Talmud class to children fashioning their own menorahs, each person touched by Chabad is forging a stronger Jewish connection.

We set out seventeen years ago to create an affordable camp with exciting activities that rivaled non-Jewish camps while fostering the campers’ love for Judaism and Israel. Starting with just 15 campers, we've grown to more than 300, most of whom are public school students. Many of these campers have gone on to attend overnight Jewish camps, enroll in Jewish day schools, and actively engage at college with Chabad on Campus or Hillel. With 3,000+ children having passed through our camp's gates, we've witnessed lives being forever changed by the Camp Gan Israel experience.
JBN convenes quarterly, offering a vital platform for Jewish professionals to connect, share ideas, and network. Attendees discuss challenges they face in the business world and explore strategies for growth and resilience. With a sumptuous buffet dinner, an open bar, and speakers from prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School, JBN has become one of our signature events.
